At Frosted Spirit, all products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size.
However, we do offer partial or full refunds in specific cases outlined below:
Printing Issues / Defective Products
If your item arrives with a printing error or manufacturing defect:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed and the product is returned to us, we will issue a full refund, including shipping.
Sizing Issues
If the item doesn’t fit as expected:
We offer a 50% refund on the product cost (excluding shipping).
The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
